Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Step 2

Add all ingredients to a butter greased 9-inch pie pan (reserve 1/2 cup of cheese for topping).

Step 3

Bake for 45 minutes.

Step 4

Add 1/2 cup of cheese and mixed breadcrumbs and butter for topping and bake 5 minutes longer.

Step 5

Let cool 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Note: for Dairy Free Version use this ingredients:
14 pastured eggs, beaten
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 head of broccoli, chopped
2 tbsps of coconut oil
½ cup of grated zucchini

Topping:
½ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup of grated cheese for topping (e.g., cheddar, parmesan, Monterey jack, Swiss, etc.)
