coconut water ( or almond milk or full fat organic milk )
pineapple ( frozen )
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency
Note: for Allergy Sensitive version : use 3 Tbsp avocado oil instead of 3 Tbsp cashew butter
and 3 Tbsp coconut manna instead of 3 Tbsp almond butter
