ery unhappy and dissatisfied with my order and customer service. This is the second time in recent weeks that I have placed an order only to get home and see that order was not completed. Most recently, on 7/25, my order was $137 and I drove 40 minutes to pick it up. Due to the pandemic, there are restrictions on entering the establishment, you either get it curbside or go to the pickup section. The employee assured me everything was in the bag. Upon arrival home, I see that the rice is missing from one of my entrees. I call the store and explained. The young lady tells me to come back. I tell her that I am home and not returning and I should receive credit for my inconvenience. She said the next time I come they will give me an extra rice. This is unacceptable. She puts Gary, one of the managers on and he tells me the same thing plus that the rice is complimentary so he cannot give credit. But on the chownow site where you must order, has the side dish choice as required and you get three choices. I explained this is the second time this has happened. I drive there and back for over an hour and all I get is "when you come back, we will take care of you ". No documentation or referral to validate this. The first time I spent over $150.00. My time and money are very important and especially during the pandemic, and more importantly, my health. People are risking exposure to travel for take out, at least the order can be correct and my patronage respected and valued. There was no resolution by the end of the call. Gary had nothing else to offer or say and hung up.
